This is Virginia Hazel Mitchell, daughter of Vitus Horace Mitchell and Lula Margaret Summers. Hazel was married twice, first to Clarence Franklin Fines (In June, 1949), and later to Douglas Edward Bowen. She retired from the C&P Telephone Company.
