Married Elizabeth Keinadt (Koiner/Coyner) on 19 August 1778; She was b. 29 April 1760 in New Holland, PA; d. 10 Nov 1844 in Back Creek, VA.; dau. of Michael Keinadt, b. 1720 in Winterlingen, Germany; (d. 1796) and Margaret Diller, b. 1734, d. 1813.
This is a memorial plaque in the Sherando Methodist Church Cemetery, Sherando, VA dedicated to Christian and Elizabeth Balsley.
