George Glenn (my Great-Great-Great Grandfather) was born Sept 27, 1822. He was the son of John Glenn (1776-1849). George Glenn served with the 5th Virginia Infantry Regiment during the Civil War and was mortally wounded during the Battle of Port Republic. He died on June 28, 1862.
