*I have tried to verify the date of birth as being the 9th or the 3rd? I did find other close matches listed on "family trees" as Johnston Reynolds Shoemaker (spelling)?.
"Genweb has him listed as Shoemaker; s/o Reynolds & Rachel Shoemaker"
